WHAT WILL I BE DOING EXACTLY?

You will be trained to collect critical home data for solar and home inspection projects, which we call "missions". Once trained, you'll receive new mission notifications via text message. Once accepted, the mission will go into your queue and include all needed information for you to show up and do the job. Once on-site at the customer's home, missions typically take 35 minutes to complete and include taking pictures of home electrical, roofing, and structural elements. The RDCL app will guide you through each mission and prompt you to log photo and text data. Once completed, your work will be submitted for a real-time quality check before you leave the home.

HOW LONG DOES TRAINING TAKE?

The video raining takes about 1.5 hours. Once completed, you'll be required to do a "mock mission", on a single family home of your choosing, before you'll be activated on the platform.
