Radicl Services Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026
Radicl Services ("Radicl," "we," "us," or "our") provides a field-services platform that helps organizations schedule, dispatch, and complete on-site property work — including surveys, inspections, damage and roof assessments, permit-ready packages, and quality-control reviews.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to our website at getradicl.com, our web and mobile applications, and the services we provide to our business customers and their field agents (collectively, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.
1. Who this policy covers
We interact with a few different groups of people, and we handle data differently for each:
- Business customers — the organizations that license our platform, and their administrators and staff who use it.
- Field agents (technicians) — the people who perform on-site work through our platform and mobile app.
- Property contacts — homeowners or occupants whose property is the subject of a job, whose details a customer may enter so work can be scheduled and completed.
- Website visitors — anyone who browses getradicl.com.
Where we act on behalf of a business customer (for example, processing property data they upload), we process that data as a service provider / processor under their instructions. This policy describes our own practices; a customer's own privacy notice may also apply to the people they serve.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account and profile data — name, email address, phone number, employer or organization, role, and login credentials.
- Job and project data — property addresses, scope of work, scheduling details, survey and inspection responses, measurements, notes, and permit-related information.
- Photos and media — images and files uploaded from the field or office to document a property, its condition, or completed work. These may incidentally capture a property's surroundings.
- Payment and payout data — billing details for business customers, and the information field agents provide to receive payment. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor (see Section 4); we do not store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Communications — messages you send us through support channels, email, SMS, or in-app chat.
2.2 Information we collect automatically
- Location data — with permission, our mobile app collects a field agent's device location to power job dispatch, geofencing, travel-time estimates, and proximity-based assignment. Location is collected in connection with work activity; agents can disable location sharing through their device settings, though doing so may limit core features.
- Device and usage data — device type, operating system, app version, IP address, pages or screens viewed, actions taken, and timestamps.
- Diagnostics — crash reports and performance data used to keep the Services reliable.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
2.3 Information from third parties
- Sign-in and calendar providers — if you connect an account (for example, Google), we receive the profile and calendar information you authorize.
- Payment processor — confirmation of payment status and payout details needed to reconcile billing.
- Customers — a business customer may provide information about property contacts so a job can be scheduled and completed.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services;
- Schedule, dispatch, and complete on-site jobs, including routing and availability matching;
- Process payments to us and payouts to field agents;
- Send transactional messages — appointment confirmations, status updates, and account notices — by email, SMS, or push notification;
- Provide customer support and respond to requests;
- Monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Services;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your job or property data to train third-party advertising models.
4. How we share information
We share information only as described below.
Service providers
We use trusted vendors to run the Services. They may process personal information only to perform services for us, under contract. Current categories include:
| Purpose | Example providers |
|---|---|
| Cloud database & hosting | MongoDB Atlas, Render |
| App backend & realtime data | Firebase (Google) |
| Payments & payouts | Stripe |
| Email delivery | SendGrid |
| SMS & voice | Twilio / OpenPhone |
| Maps & calendar | |
| Customer support & messaging | Intercom |
| Error monitoring & diagnostics | Sentry |
Providers may change over time; this list reflects the categories of processors we rely on rather than a guarantee of any specific vendor at any moment.
Business customers
Job data, photos, and related records are accessible to the business customer that owns the work, and to the field agents assigned to it.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or where we believe in good faith it is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Radicl, our customers, or the public.
Business transfers
If Radicl is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Job records and photos are generally retained for the duration of a customer's relationship with Radicl and for a reasonable period afterward, unless the customer instructs us to delete them sooner or the law requires otherwise.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website and applications use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals where required by law.
7. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any regulators as required by law.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Port a copy of your information to another service;
- Opt out of certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us at support@getradicl.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
If you are a field agent or property contact whose data was entered by a business customer, we may direct your request to that customer, who controls the data.
California residents: You have the rights described above under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents: Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on legal bases including performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9. Location data
Because field work depends on being in the right place at the right time, location is central to the Services. We collect a field agent's device location only in connection with work — for dispatch, geofencing, travel estimates, and job assignment. Agents can turn off location permissions in their device settings at any time; some scheduling and dispatch features will not work without it. We do not use precise location for advertising.
10. Children's privacy
The Services are intended for businesses and their staff. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. International data transfers
Radicl is based in the United States, and we process information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
12. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. We encourage you to review them.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
